Summary

The wheel of my vacuum robot 360 s7 broke, as the drive axis is just a hex nut glued into plastic.
I redesigned this part to keep the robot functional.
I sanded the contacts with fine grid and glued the wheel with 2K glue.
This solution is working great for me since 1 year +
