Summary

This is a remix of Adapter B but the same problems and solutions apply to all three. Issues this remix addresses are:

  1. Lugs for the Hulkey Robinson bayonet fitting are not attached to the wall, just sitting adjacent. They snap off when touched. Revised design is fully attached and a solid bar straight across for strength.
  2. Location of the lugs (bar) is too close to the end of the adapter. I moved it so top edge of the bar is now ~13mm from the end. This provides good sealing of the O-ring on my pump.
  3. Internal taper from bottom to top parts was horizontal shelf, requiring support. I made this 45 degree so no support is required.
  4. Ring for tying string on was half way up, requiring support. I moved it to the base so no support required.
  5. Text required support. I reduced height of text so no support required.
  6. External taper was notched at change of diameter. I reinforced / smoothed this area.
    All changes were done on Tinkered so it's pretty rough but it works well now. If anyone wants to do this better I can provide Tinkercad links.

    Prints easily and with two wall loops seems strong enough for all practical purposes. Support is very small, just under the bar for bayonet locking.
