Summary
This is an updated version of my previous katana themed gear shifting knob. Version 2 removes the need for drilling and adds LED illumination to the knob. This design can certainly be used without any LEDs, though illumination makes this pretty cool ;).
Things to consider before printing this:
-Only one LED diode (with socket) can be fitted inside the knob. Tape is your ally when trying to mount the LED.
-
The diameter of the wire inlet is 6.5 mm, so any smaller wire should fit nicely.
- The LED does not have to be colour LED because colour of the top part will determine the colour of illumination.
