Summary

These are divided inserts, not replacements, for the large bins in a Harbor Freight Storehouse 20 bin storage container, number 93928. I found myself needing more of the smaller bins or smaller spaces for short counts on longer screws so I created divided inserts. They simulate the medium and small bins and introduce a bin divided along the long axis.

The infill doesn't matter if you set the walls to 4 and increase the top or bottom solid layer by 1.

How I Designed This

I measured the inside of the larger box then created a basic insert with no dividers and 1.5mm walls and bottom. I probably could have gone thinner because these are sturdier than the original bins. I then created a 1.5mm thick divider that was the same length and height of the long axis then did the same for the short axis. I centered each divider in the box individually then included both for the 4-way.
