Summary

couldn't find anything affordable that looked quite right for my cosplay, so i did it myself. not a 1:1 recreation but i think i did a good job
not actually functional and probably too small for a lot of people. kinnies and/or nerds feel free to remix

required parts (sold separately)

four 4mm x 50mm metal rods
two 70mm headphone ear pads (you've probably already got a busted pair of sonys you could loot for these)
super glue
some spare filament for the joints

model overview

cup

your slicer might make a hole at the top. that's intentional, so that you can still hear while wearing them
connects to the joint using a bit of 1.75mm filament, and has a hole where the pad holders screw in.
print two in silver with a coarse layer height and concentric top to mimic the brushed metal look

joint

connects to the cups using 1.75mm filament (might take some sanding), and has two holes for 4mm rods to slot into.
once again print two in silver with a coarse layer height and concentric top

pad

screws into the cups and fits 70mm ear pads around the base.
print two. color and such don't really matter

cap

optional. fits around the ends of the headband.
print two in black, ideally with something you can get to look glossy smooth.

band

the flexible part up top was traced from deDesigned's armadillo headphones
has four holes on the ends for the rods to slot in.
print one in black, with a fine layer height and slight fuzzy skin to sort of mimic leather. or don't, I'm not your mom

assembly

make sure everything fits together nicely before you start gluing it together, and attach the ear pads last so you don't get super glue on the fabric

and as reference, here are the settings I used:

cups and joints: silk pewter PLA, .32mm layer height, concentric top, ironed
pad holders: black PETG+, .32mm layer height
band: black PETG+, .1mm layer height, fuzzy skin (.12mm thickness, .4mm distance)
caps: black ABS, .1mm layer height, sanded and vapor smoothed after printing
I printed everything on a vanilla CR10S4 with a .6mm steel nozzle, using Inland brand filaments.
