Summary
When your written instructions for "Turn this breaker on and that breaker off" don't work very well, you can color-code the breakers. Now it's "Turn Red Off and Green On" or whatever.
Works with GE THQL21xxx 1" double-pole breakers with factory handle-ties. Tap the hole in the handle-tie to 6-32 and you can use a standard 6-32 screw to hold it in place.
Quad connects to two adjacent breakers, but you shouldn't depend on this as a handle-tie, it's only a marker. Following code for your area, permitting, material, and implementation is between you and your Authority Having Jurisdiction.
