Skate model: Mission 95 xp US9d EU43d
Fixed these old ice skate's toe caps that shattered because of it's expired plastic, They'll be used for recreational skating not for hockey, I wouldn't reccomend that or at least I'd try using shorter bolts or actual rivets, also would reinforce with carbon fiber. The toecap is sewn to the tongue and to the skate's laterals too. Don't use PLA, I suspect it'd crack on the ice, I used PETG, haven't tested other materials

Try printing only one, maybe even print just the base to check if the U shape matches your skates first, before printing everything

Post-Printing

-Fully remove the previous Toecap.
-Sew the tongue,
-fit the bottom lip inbetween the skate's sole and bolt it with two rivets.
-Sew the laterals (This one can get really tricky, I think I left one unsewed and just glued it.
