Summary

The sliding doors of the metro station from my son's Brio set have stopped working.
I disassembled the station and reprinted the gear wheel, which was broken. Maybe someone still needs it.

The metal plate at the end of the spinning wheel is anchored into the wheel with a pin, it can be pulled straight out with pliers. The gear can then be pressed onto the wheel and the pin pushed back into the wheel. To reassemble the parts of the station, I found it best to put the doors together in the correct position and press the "lid" into place with a little force. I didn't dare to do this at first because I was afraid of breaking something, but then it went well.
