Summary

My rendition of the Galaxy Sword from Stardew Valley, to scale for myself (5.3ft) and segmented to fit on most printers.

I highly recommend gluing the pieces together or using strong magnets when assembling and not hitting things with it too hard. The segments that fit together will need to be sanded to ensure a snug fit (depending on printer tolerances).

Depending on your printer settings and the quality of your overhangs you could easily use no supports or rafts, I prefer to use them to be safe. Depending on size of printer bed, you could print in one go (about 2 days) or individually.
