Summary

This is a further reinforced version of the prevous designs. Reinforced along the top and at the bottom, as I found the previous one broke when I moved the chair by the headrest (accidently) and when I (over) tighten the fixing bolt.

It uses the slider from the previous designs.

Note I drilled out the hole for a better bolt fit and used a bit of metal plate between the bolt and the slider (to spread the weight prevent the bolt , cracking the slider or pulling the bottom brace of the mount) .

The headrest in my photo is a Lorell Mesh Headrest 85562 in black. The distance between the screw holes on the design is 9cm, perfect for this headrest.
