Summary

This is a tiltable stand/holder for the Nano-VNA H4 with the 4" screen.

DamienB2 provided a very nice stand for the Tiny SA Ultra, (See the Remix Link) but I could find no equivalent for the Nano-VNA, so I remixed his to fit the NanoVNA and have posted it here.
The base and stylus are directly from DamienB2's page, copied here for convenience.

The stand has a holder for a stylus, used to control the touchscreen, and a cutout in the bottom to connect a USB cable, although the angle would need to be adjusted for clearance.

The pivot is sized for a 1/4-20 machine screw and nut.

Print Settings

  • Printer brand:

    Creality

    Ender 3 Pro

  • Rafts:
    No
  • Supports:
    No
  • Resolution:
    0.2mm
  • Infill:
    Cubic 41%
  • Filament brand:

    Comgrow

  • Filament color:

  • Notes:

The hinge/pivot is a stress point, so I used a high infill %. With several wall layers, very little infill is used for the rest.

How I Designed This

Remixing the TinySA stand

The original holder for the TinySA Ultra was not wide enough for the NanoVNA, and the Nano was considerably thinner than the TinySA, so it was necessary to stretch the width and reduce the depth.
I imported the mesh STL into Fusion and converted it to a 3D body.
I extruded the bottoms of the letters to meet the surface, as they no longer applied.
I split the body at an inner face near the left end, moved the left end out to the desired length, then extruded the body rear to meet at the new location and combined them.
For the front-to-back depth, which had to be reduced, I split the body at the inside front face and at an offset plane referenced to the inside back panel. I then moved the unwanted portion away and removed it. I then moved the front face back to meet the remainder of the body and combined them.
Finally, I sketched the port opening in the bottom and cut that out.
