Summary
Just needed a big powerbank with a small footprint. You are going to need a IP5328P module. It's fairly easy to work with. Plus & minus to the 8 x 18650 cells in parallel and you are good.

IP5328P module costs about 3,-
8 x 18650 cells
2 x small screws (took some PC screws had laying around)
Maybe some glue to give the board an extra hold
