Summary

I was inspired by Adam Savage's wall of Sortimo organizers and was about to purchase about $1000 worth when I found I was unable to without choosing Mr or Ms which struck me as unnecessary gatekeeping.

So anyway…

These fit into the sides of a Dewalt Deep Pro 10-Compartment small parts organizer and screw to 14" drawer slides with the screws included in the drawer slide kit. The STL file is for the right side, mirror it in your modeling or slicing software for the left side.

The middle two posts handle a lot of torque and are brittle at the base, so I printed it with 3 perimeters and 30% gyroid infill. Your milage may vary. The end two posts also reduce the torque at the center. Back screw hole may blow out with current configuration so you may want to use screws and nuts.

Width of organizer with adapters: 17 3/8"
Internal width of cabinet to contain organizers: 18 3/8"
Vertical positioning of drawer slides in cabinet: 2 1/4" from base, then 4 3/4" apart gives 1/8" separation.
