Bill of Materials:
1) 2GT Pulley 48T-8 (inner bore 8mm)
2) 2GT Pulley 16T-5 (inner bore 5mm for motor shaft)
3) 2GT Belt 122mm (can be used another length - possible belt tension)
4) Drivegear Kit 2.85 mm 8 mm shaft
5) Screw 3x35(40) - 5 units
6) Spring 20x6x4 (possible to use another existing one)
7) Screw 3x30 (possible to use another existing one for spring)
8) Washer 3x14 (possible to use another existing one for spring)
9) Shart 8x45 (with milled plane)
10) Washer 3x8 - 2 units for printed Arm (possible to use another existing one with thickness 0.5 mm)
11) Bearing 8x14x4 - 2 units
12) Bronze threaded bushings for plastic 3 mm (5 units)

Post-Printing

Assembling

1) Fuse the bushings (12) into the body. 1 for spring screw, 4 to Motor cap (optional)
2) Install Bearings (11) to bearing holes in the Extruder_body and Extruder_motor_cap
3) Install pulley 16T(2) to motor shaft
4) Install Bearings (11) to holes in the Extruder_body and Extruder_motor_cap
5) Assemble shaft (9) with pulley 48T (1), printable bushing_4.5 and bushing_0.5 (2 units), Dual Drive gear (with 8 mm hole). Order: bushing_0.5 -> pulley 48T -> bushing_0.5 ->Dual Drive gear -> bushing_4.5.
6) Install Extruder_motor_cap to the motor (without tightening screws) and tighten the belt (3). 48T and 16T pulleys must be parallel.
7) install Extruder_body to Extruder_motor_cap
8) instal second Dual Drive gear with 4mm shaft to Extruder_arm.
9) Intall Extruder_Arm with Washer 3x8 (10)(between planes of arm 2 units) and insert Screw 3x35 (5) (1 unit) to body , arm and motor cap
10) Install another Screws 3x35 (5) (4 unit) to Extruder_body
11) Install screw(7) with washer(8) and spring(9) to arm.
12) Instal preumatic fit with bowden tube(don't forget to calibrate lenght extrusion based on steps in your firmware)
