Summary

The Viper key fobs leave a lot to be desired in my opinion. Virtually every other key fob has some provision to prevent accidental button presses. Viper decided this was unnecessary. I have set off my alarm on accident many times just by having the thing in my pocket. I designed this to prevent those accidental presses. The design file for fusion 360 is included, which I really wish more people would do, I mean if you're making artistic prints that is one thing but if you are making a functional print that you don't plan to sell, then why not just include the design files so that people can modify it to suit their needs instead of completely redesigning it from the ground up like I had to do?

I printed this in the vertical orientation. Probably should have made the STL that way but I was lazy. I had to manually change the speed of the perimeter bridge layers to get a good quality print (see image). I have the crappy cooling fan my printer is set up with a heated chamber because I normally print engineering materials and the fan is mostly unnecessary. I printed this in PLA because I want to get rid of it.
