Summary
I wanted the perfect fit for my new laptop that has fans in all the right place. The 2024 Dell G16 is a great gaming laptop but gets a little hot when playing high spec games. Hopefully this is a long term solution.
You will need:
1x 120x120 fan
4x 70x70 fans
1x 20mm round Switch
1x 5.5mm power jack female
1x 12v 3a power supply
8x fan screws
*optional short strips of 3mm padding.
4 layers all round with 15% infill is plenty strong.
This needs a large print bed as its one piece. 300x300 minimum.
