There you can find the cap.
My version is 2mm larger, shorter to hold just one shuttlecock, and more important there is a cone inside to shape exactly the feathers.
Printing the cap, you must glue a round of foam inside to hold the shuttlecock on the cone, and like this you can put a bit of water on the foam to keep the shuttlecock wet as it should be.
I added a logo on my print, fell free to do the same using PrusaSlicer and a SVG file.
