The battery cover broke due to age at the pin holders, first on one side and then on the other, rendering the motor inoperable. To remedy this, I completely recreated the model, reinforcing the walls. From the old cover, the metal contact that connects the battery terminals is needed. In the model, there is a space into which it can be inserted. I soldered it into the housing using a soldering iron.
