Summary

This is a pocket fletching jig designed to precisely align standard 2" vanes and have been tested with Bohning Blazer Vanes and NAP Quickspin Vanes – Bone Collector Edition. Use your preferred 2" vanes and adhesive. This is a newer version of my original Pocket Fetching Jig, but this version is designed to print the body in one piece and offsets the vanes 2.5 deg. The support setup is critical to getting a usable finished product. When slicing with cura, I have the overhang angle set to 88 and I have a support blocker where the arrow would be. For Anycubic slicer, I have the overhang threshold set to 10, with a support blocker where the arrow would be. Print 1 body and 3 arms.
