Post-Printing
Assembly
For assembly, put the back_hooks (the half circles) in the little slots on the top and bottom halves of the chess pieces. Then slide the taco bell sauce packet in the slit between the top and bottom parts. Then the taco bell top icon you push into the top slot.
How I Designed This
OpenSCAD
I used OpenSCAD and the BOSL2 extension to pull it off. I also used Inkscape to make the Taco Bell icon.
