雷诺 Twizy 配备了一个名为 Elips 2000 的车载充电器。遗憾的是，雷诺没有在充电器周围设计足够的冷却装置。即使在温度适中的天气充电，也很容易超过 Elips 规定的温度范围。

这可能就是 Twizy 充电器经常死机的原因。这也会导致 Twizy 降低充电功率，延长充电时间。

一些 Twizy 车主使用辅助充电风扇来增加冷却效果。

装配

请看上面的照片。我用较短的螺丝将风扇固定在 风扇托架_2x12 厘米 和较长的螺钉来固定 单个风扇垫片 和 双风扇间隔器 .

Note the direction of airflow. The fans should blow air downwards, 和 the 3D-printed parts should be installed on the underside.

安装

Remove the Twizy floor panel by the pedals. The assembled fans/brackets should slide right in 和 then a bit sideways so you get ~1 cm clearing between the left fan 和 the parking brake cables.

You only need to connect pins 1 (GND) 和 2 (12V) of each fan connector to power the fan. Pin 3 is an optional speed sensor (tachometer) output, 和 pin 4 is an optional PWM speed control input. If pin 4 is disconnected, the fan runs at full speed. 3 pin 和 4 pin fan wire diagrams

注意事项

Keep in mind that water can splash up from the road when driving. The charger 和 the other st和ard electrical parts at the bottom of the car are protected from water ingress, but computer fans are not. If you drive through a deep puddle, it might ruin the fans 和 they will need to be replaced. Consider waterproofing your control circuit, or placing it higher up in the car. Consider putting a low-value fuse (e.g. 1 A) on your power feed, in case you get a short circuit.
