Begin by locating the roof rafter where you want to attach the roof hook.
Insert the mounting aid from below into the tile, ensuring that the width of the aid marks the roof hook position. Mark a line to the left and right of the roof hook mark. For this, we recommend using a water-resistant wax marker or a waterproof mine on a wax-based special construction worker pencil such as the Pica Dry.
The upper edge of the mounting aid marks the upper edge to which the groove must be cut with an angle grinder.
Remove the mounting aid and the tile, and use an angle grinder to cut the groove according to the markings.
Reinsert the tile and attach the roof hook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
