摘要

愤怒的大黄蜂

This is another collaborative build between RonStG and myself, taking inspiration from some of the most popular foamie wings on the market we came up with this fully printed design. The Angry Hornet is a 600mm wingspan flying wing with differential thrust and Elevon operation. The majority of the body has been designed for easy assembly without glue, including dove tail slide on wings and connection blocks between the fuse sections that are secured via 2mm screws, this insures that parts are easily replaced if anything gets broken and it's something we really wanted to focus on for "no stress" flying.
The entire body uses custom infill structure, using .3mf files embedded into the parts. These .3mf files are specifically made for 4.13 version Cura and are not compatible with 5.xx versions of Cura as they will interpret the parts during loading. These files are included in the full release package along with detailed printing instructions for each part on the aircraft, including setting adjustments, support blocking etc., and correct integration of custom infill structure. We strongly recommend you use these files instead of the provided .stl files...please follow the instructions to avoid any mistakes. The wing design is intended for using two different types of servos, one being 9g servos, and another being 2.9g linear servos from Spektrum.

5 main parts weight around (264 grams plastic), using Polymaker's pre-froth LW-PLA.
I made the majority of other small parts with regular PLA.

Final weight (with all electronics and battery installed) should be between 700g to 800g

Recommended equipment: 1806 2300kv motor, 1500mah3s-2200mah3s battery, 2 x 9g servos or 2 x 2.9g Spektrum linear servos. 2x 30A small quadcopter ESC, 1x small 5v BEC module, capable of mixing elevator and mixing differential thrust's radio. We used HQProp's 8 blade propellers 4 inches in diameter which provide a lot more thrust than we needed.

Note: This Thingiverse page is only for testing parts, including the left wing printed for testing and a small part of the middle servo for testing dove tail slide. In all parts, this wing requires the most building space so if you can print this part then you can print the whole aircraft.

The full model can be found on our cults3d shop through the following link:

The full set of models is fixed at 15 dollars but in the first month we will give a 33% discount to users who want to try it early.
