Summary
This is an adapter that allows you to use your drill press as as a valve spring compressor on Overhead Valve Engines. It also includes a little puck to place under the cylinder head against the valve you will be compressing the spring on. I designed this adapter and have used it on a Volkswagen 1.8 8v Cylinder head. You'll want to use a deep well socket to break the retainer loose before using the printed adapter to compress the spring.
