i did the M8 FINE thread with 1mm of pitch and 6.9 inner diameter, the nut has slight higher diameter, then scaled the model from M4 to M12, you can easily change the length of bolts by copying and paste the thread

x series washers have a camber that helps. also it can be printed or machined those wedges in the surface around holes. also it can made a threaded rod of acetal, machining the washers in a thin acetal sheet, and 3d print only the nuts

.stl for 3D printing with fiberglass PLA+ for the smaller washers due to small printing resolution and also reinforced nylon or POM/acetal filament for bigger washers. the ideal method is plastic injection with milled metal molds

from M4 to M9 I did a lower resolution version for easier 3D printing
