This is version 5 of a plastic replacement buckle that I designed with the FDM 3d printing process in mind:
No support is needed
Prints in only 30 minutes
Optimized print orientation for strength
Designed to counter possible elephants's foot
The outside dimensions of the model can be seen in the picture below
The holes are 6mm x 11mm
