Summary
Print X axis mount and 2 washers.
Use washers to protect board from screw heads.
Requires 4 M3 screws, 10mm length.
Replace 2 factory 6mm screws with 10mm. Mount adds +4mm thickness.
When ready to calibrate Y axis, print mount in bottom-right corner.
This is roughly based on gumo_design's ADXL345 adapters, but the board geometry is slightly different.
