Orbea Rise Einfädelhilfe Schaltzug der Dropper Post (Versenkbare Sattelstütze)

Beim Orbea Rise ist das Ende der Schaltzugführung auf der Seite der verstellbaren Sattelstütze tief im Rohr versenkt . Wenn man den Zug tauschen muss (z.B. tausch der Verstellbaren sattelstütze) müsste man normal den Motor ausbauen. Mit diesem Werkzeug geht es aber ganz leicht auch so.

Benötigt werden 2x das Druckteil
1x 350mmMessing Rohr (Baumarkt) außen d 6mm innen d 5mm

Anleitung:

Das Messing Roh in eine der beiden Schalen einkleben
Die zweite Schale nur mit Klebeband an der verklebten Schale befestigen.
Das Werkzeug von oben in das Rohr für die Sattelstütze stecken und die Schaltzug Führung anpeilen. Man spürt wenn die Führung steckt.
4.Den Schaltzug einführen. Dabei das Messing Rohr festhalten. Mit etwas geschickt und sanftem probieren findet der Draht nun fast von selbst das Loch.
Schaltzug komplett durchführen
Werkzeug langsam abziehen. Wenn es nicht mehr weiter geht Klebeband öffnen und das wars.

On the Orbea Rise, the end of the derailleur cable guide is recessed deep into the tube on the adjustable seat post side. If you have to change the train (e.g. changing the adjustable seat post) you would normally have to remove the motor. But with this tool it's easy to do.

2x the printed part are required
1x 350mm brass tube (hardware store) outside d 6mm inside d 5mm

Directions:

Glue the raw brass into one of the two shells
Attach the second shell to the glued shell with tape only.
Insert the tool from above into the tube for the seat post and aim for the shift cable guide. You can feel when the lead is in place.
Insert the shift cable. Hold the brass tube while doing so. With a little skillful and gentle testing, the wire now finds the hole almost by itself.
Complete shift cable
Pull the tool off slowly. If you can't go any further, open the tape and that's it.
