Summary

My son's school Lenovo Thinkpad charger plug had the plastic cover "fall" off and my son did nothing to make it happen. Just a side note, the molded plastic covers do not just fall off :)

To repair it, I modeled this cover and printed it in ABS, but PLA will work just fine. Assemble it with some epoxy or hot glue on the inside, and it works like new.

I create my models in AutoCAD using Inch units. When you import the STL into your slicer, scale it to 2540 to make it the correct size. I use Cura.
