Let me complain first...why hasn't some third part company made something like this? My money is ready!
Anyway, now you build one yourself.
You can easily put your controllers face down into one of these charging spots and the magnetic charger will catch port of the Switch Pro controller.
You will need some charging cables, I've added a photo of the magnetic kind that I use. I bought exactly these but I'm sure there's others that will work: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003913039599.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.49.231d1802kukv1S
There's also little covers that print next to the dock. These covers go underneath the dock to seal in the charging cables. You shouldn't need glue to hold it in, they should just clip in.

I printed mine with no brim and supports but only at 15 degree threshold. You do need some supports, and any more than 15 degrees might make it hard to cut them out.
