Summary

I was sick of changing the batteries in those Xiaomi Aqara sensors, so I created a new case containing the circut board and a CR123A battery for the vibration and temperature sensors. The original case can be opened easiely using a knife. Take a look at the pictures to see how I did the soldering and what you need to build it.
You might use a small screw to secure the lid but it should snap and hold everything in place even without that screw.
Considering the higher capacity the CR123A battery should last 8x as long as the CR2032. At least in therorie, but all my devices are still at 100% after one year.
The *.blend file is included in case you want to change something.
