Summary

The Hamilton Beach model 53206 blender (obsolete) clutch. The original part tends to break after a while. Main washer is regular steel and can rust. But if you save it, and clean the rust off, print this part and re-insatll the washer.

I did mine from PLA in white. But TPU is probably going to last longer and have a quieter operation.

Post-Printing

Assembly

To attach the washer, use hot plate set to a melting point of chosen filament. Place firmly washer on the 8 prongs and pres evenly down on the hot plate until the outer edge touches the plate. Let it cool down an install on the blade. (thread is CCW - LEFT).

How I Designed This

My original part broke, I looked over the net to buy one and found it to be obsolete. There are aftermarket options, but the price is too high.
I looked over Thingiverse, found similar part but for different models, so I decided to do a little 3D project of my own. Measured the broken part, modeled it in 3D software a voila.
