Summary

This is a replacement door for an E-Z Hose Carrier on an RV. This waste water hose carrier is found on many camper vans and motor homes. The hinge pins have a tendency to break and there's nothing like having your dump hose flying over into the passing lane.

Use ASA for UV resistance. I was intentionally a bit tight on the boss for the lever was didn't want the lever to rattle loose from the tube. I simplified the back of the door a bit and omitted the centering ring and locating pin ( both of these features would have required supports). But because this is ASA an it has a tendency to warp, is should be printed with rafts enabled.

Post-Printing

You may want to adjust the clearance on the diameter of the lever boss. Pay attention to the orientation of the inner and outer levers when placing the OEM parts back into the lever boss. I had a bit a stringing on top of the pins that needed to be cleaned up prior to installing the door back onto the tube. The top pin slips into a blnd hole, the bottom pin can slide in from the left side.

You may choose to add embossing to the design.
