I use a raft and draft shield. But, that is probably not necessary.
If you are printing these as props or for display, a higher resolution may be a good idea, but I find the "low quality" setting in Cura to be good enough for use as snap-caps.
For infill, I typically use 10% on gyroid.
How I Designed This
Research
I used the SAAMI specs for the dimensions of the shell.
The specs call for a bevile on the bottom of the rim, however, this caused some fitment issues, so I changed it to a right angle.
