Summary
This remix integrates a 52mm ID ring, and creates a 45mm hollow shaft, to allow the Hamilton Beach 32100 food dehydrator to blow hot air through the center.
I've included another adapter version, with 80mm center to center hole spacing.
Measure between holes, not diagonally, to select which adapter to use for your 4" bearing.

Includes separate 57mm ID and 72mm ID adapter rings, that nest over the main adapter.
