My interpretation of Cetan Cruiser, class named as Nohpisoragal. The Cetans were Outlined in Mongoose Publishing books "Darkness & Light": an aquatic species which had their spaceships were filled with liquid.

"The next generation of middleborn races began to reach for the stars. Only a handful of these species survived to the modern era, such as the Tal'Kona-sha. Other notable races of this era include the
Ralgans, the Cetans (an aquatic species who reached a high level of intelligence before risking travel to the land – even their spaceships were filled with liquid), the Quin and the Ru Ha’rus."

"The Third Shadow War (600,000 years ago): ... Promising races like the Quin and Cetans were ruined - the Cetans began a long racial decline and would be extinct within 10,000 years."
