Summary
This is for the ability to use the raspberry pi official POE+ hat.
Since the POE+ hat comes with 9mm standoffs, you can't screw the raspberry pi in from the top.
So this remix, is to add some holes to the bottom. So it can be screwed in with the screws that come with the POE+ hat.
