Summary
My washing machine's knob broke, basically rendering the washing machine unusable without a special tool. I decided to model a replacement knob, as I couldn't find one to purchase, and gave new life to the machine.
Don't dispose it - FIX IT!

Smoothing it out
If you want it to look better, specially the front face of the knob - I recommend you sanding it smooth, then adding a plastic filler, sanding it again, spraying it with a primer and then with white paint.
