Summary

Here's a replacement U.S.A. No. 1/2 guard for the Wahl clipper model MC2. Got tired of combing through the internet trying to find this specific size. At the end, I put some hours designing/prototyping and made a replica of the original. Enjoy.

Note: I used a .4 nozzle at a .08mm(but not necessary) extra fine preset placed on a 90 deg angle with tree support. This gave me the best results/details. See pictures for illustration.
