Summary
Split spool sleeve to fit over original spool holder diameter. Just unscrew the spool holder from the arm and push over the thread end.
I found there was a little too much resistance than I wanted, especally with a new 1kg card spool. This simple design provides less resistance for spool to rotate and reduces the strain on the extruder motor/gears.
Designed to fit Neptune 3 models (Pro, Plus, Max). Haven't tested with Neptune 4 but the design appears to be the same.
