Summary
AUG 12 UPDATE:
Updated design to have ridges. From my experience, it's both more water resistant and a tighter fit compared to the stock cover.
The stock charge cover is bad as it leaves a gap around its edge. This cover has an extra lip for it. It is also completely removable so it will be easier to plug in the charger. It is pretty tight so be aware of that.
In order for you to install this, you will need to unscrew the stock cover. You'll need to remove the top plastic cover to do this.
I have also provided the f3d file if you want to modify it. Feel free to use it however you want!
