Summary

I broke my condensation cup on my Duo Crisp (model 140-0021-01) , so I designed another one as close to the factory design as seemed reasonable. This probably works on other models as well. I found another condensation cup on Thingiverse, but it wasn't large enough or shaped right for this model. Please note that I provided an STL file as a convenience, but there were some harmless but odd curve spikes in it (probably some FreeCAD export setting that needs tweaking), so the amf file is much better for importing to your slicer.

I printed with clear PETG and it seems to be watertight. Please print with something that can withstand the high temperatures. I'm not sure how hot that part of the pot gets, but I guess we're all about to find out, no? Infill is only used on a couple of layers at the bottom, so if you want to go to 100%, you'll have a more uniform looking piece, although the infill design is sort of a nice design touch. I printed at 30% for mine, with zig-zag ironing turned on.

When I completed the design, I had forgotten that my pot was also busted on the left side where I had dropped it a year or so ago, so mine doesn't clip in and I can only test by comparing it to the original one, and testing the fit on one side. Please let me know if it works for you. Glue a magnet on the back to keep it from randomly falling out. This is much nicer than the plastic Dixie cup I was using before.

I imagine this can be tweaked to make some of the larger cups that are on some newer models. I designed this in FreeCAD 0.20.2, so if anyone wants to remix it or provide me some measurements, then I can add another one to the mix. This is my first published model, and was done mainly to become more familiar with FreeCAD. I tried to copy the curves and thicknesses as closely as possible. The only thing I left out was hollowing out the ear tabs which I presume was a cost saving measure on the original one. That's also one of the places my original cracked, so more material might be a plus.
