This is a replacement for the spring-loaded latch that goes on the extension tube of the Tineco A10 (or A11) Hero vacuum cleaner. I have had two of them break, so I think it's a design issue with the original. This part is a direct replacement that references the OEM part, but with some modifications to bolster strength and take advantage of additive manufacturing.

I recommend printing this with a small nozzle to get more precise details. I used an 0.25mm nozzle with a 0.15mm layer height, 20% infill, and snug supports (for the pins). On my MK4, the supports remove with almost zero effort. I am using PETG, but there isn't a lot of flex required so PLA should work okay as well, or you could reach for something stronger if you're hard on it.
Post-Printing
Assembly
Remove the broken part from your extension tube or other Tineco accessory. Fit one end of the original spring onto the cylindrical nub of the replacement part. Align the other end of the spring with the “+” shaped nub on the vacuum extension tube. Slot the pin for one side of the connector into the receiving hole on the extension tube and apply light to moderate pressure to snap the other pin in. Verify the latch articulates back and forth smoothly. If so, you're done!
If you don't have the spring, you'll want to make one or source one. The original uses 0.025" wire and is 10mm long with a 3.65mm inner diameter. I made with with 0.029" wire and it works fine.
