Summary

I have just upgraded the Filler Base slightly (Filler Base mark 3). I made the centre post a few mil. taller and rounded it off so it is now easier to put the two pieces together.

This is a guide designed to help you fill the Storz & Bickel dosing capsules that come with their Mighty Vape.

Capsule reshaper

The Capsule Reshaper is included for when the delicate capsules or their lids get squashed. Just force them onto the appropriate end of the reshaper, push it down onto a solid surface, and it should be round and flat again. Carefully remove and use.

The Tapper should slide onto the handle of the small brush included with the Vape. It should be snug enough to not fall off, but easily enough to pull back off if needed.

Step 1 - Load 8 empty capsules into the base.

Step 2 - Align the top with the guide in the middle and rest it onto the capsules, bowl up.

Step 3 - Use the brush and tapper to brush herb into the capsules, tapping them down. Repeat as needed. Note: I find having a pair of tweezers is handy to help disperse the herb as well as for picking up the capsules and their lids.

Step 4 - Remove the top (bowl) and put the lids on the 8 capsules.

Step 5 - Inver the top (bowl) and align with the middle piece, then push down to secure the lid in place so the capsules don't fall out.

Printed on a Pruse Mk3 printer, standard PLA with 0.25mm height. I used a standard 0.2mm gap between connecting parts.
