Download and print this adapter to be able to use Chevy Van (2003 - 2021) V8 large surface area filters (available everywhere at Advance, Autozone). An example vehicle in order to buy the right part is a 2006 Chevrolet Express 3500 V8 6.0.

The ID of the truck/van filter is 84mm, which is a snug fit against the filters rubber seal, so it will self-support and does not require additional reinforcement. Similarly, the 97mm fit is designed to snap together and stay together.

The A\C unit model is HPND14XHT. The WIX filter model shown here is 46573, currently available for under $20.
