Summary

When I designed this, the intended usecase was for rolls of adhesive tape, but I quickly realized how versatile it is. Apart from the rails and the universal attachable hook, this is the part of my wall storage system that I have printed the most. I've printed five of them and I still could use more. Good thing that it prints quickly and easily. It is a very strong shape, according to a real civil engineer, it is even the strongest shape there is ;) and will probably snap your rails before breaking itself. Like all of the parts of this system, it is designed to print easily and quickly, save material and still be able to take all the (ab-)use it is going to get in the workshop. Aesthetics are an afterthought, if any.

UPDATE: I changed the design so you can glue a short piece of filament into the back, so while it gets mounted on the wall, it will catch one of the holes and thereby block sideways motion.

Recommended settings: print lying on the side. 0.6mm nozzle, 0.8mm extrusion width, 0.4mm layer height. 3 perimeters, infill is irrelevant, no supports. Keep your flowrate in check with the aforementioned settings, I use a chinese highflow nozzle and keep my head speeds at 55mm/s and below to prevent the extruder motor from skipping.

I printed some with a brim, but if your adhesion is okay, you shouldn't need one.

On my Ender3 s1pro that takes 30 minutes and uses under 25g of plastic. PLA should be fine, unless your workshop gets very hot.
