Drum Stick Controller

For me, this is above all a help in not losing the drumstick.
It's very helpful if, like me, you have one or more handicapped fingers and can't grip it firmly enough,
You can also swirl the drumstick around - something I still can't do.

I always use drumsticks of size 5B, which have a diameter of about 16mm.
Since they have quite a big tolerance, I uploaded the sticks with an inner diameter of 15.8mm, 16mm and 16.2mm.

Use the version that can just be pushed onto the stick.
On the inside of the controller (where it is pushed onto the stick!) I put a rubber glue all around, let it dry for at least one hour. Then slide it onto the stick, where it should sit tightly enough.

Alternatively: choose the tighter version and print with TPU. I haven't tested this, but it should fit tightly enough.

22.09.2023:
I have added a variant with longitudinal slot. The inner diameter is 15.8mm, due to the slot, the ring fits on sticks with a slightly larger diameter and then usually no longer need to be glued.
Therefore, the stick ring should be printed with PETG or better, PLA loses the tension too quickly, then the ring slips off the stick again.

Das ist für mich vor allem eine Hilfe, den Drumstick nicht zu verlieren.
Sehr hilfreich, wenn man wie ich an einem oder mehreren Fingern etwas gehandicapt und nicht fest genug zugreifen kann,
Dazu kann man den Drumstick auch schön herum wirbeln- etwas, das ich sonst bis heute nicht beherrsche.

Ich verwende immer Drumsticks mit der Größe 5B, die haben einen Durchmesser von ca. 16mm.
Da sie eine ziemliche große Toleranz haben, habe ich die Sticks mit einem Innendurchmesser von 15,8mm, 16mm und 16,2mm hochgeladen.

Die Version verwenden, die sich gerade noch auf den Stick schieben lässt.
Auf die Innenseite des Controllers gebe ich rundherum einen Gummikleber, den lasse ich erst mindestens eine Stunde trocken. Anschließend auf den Stick schieben, dort sollte er dann fest genug sitzen.

Alternativ: die engere Version wählen und mit TPU drucken. Ich habe das nicht getestet, aber das sollte dann auch gut fest sitzen.

22.09.2023:
Ich habe eine Variante mit Längsschlitz hinzu gefügt. Der Innendurchmesser ist 15,8mm, durch den Schlitz passt der Ring auf Sticks mit etwas größerem Durchmesser und muss dann in der Regel auch nicht mehr geklebt werden.
Dazu sollte der Stickring mit PETG oder besser gedruckt werden, PLA verliert zu schnell die Spannung, dann rutscht der Ring wieder vom Stick.
