Summary

Cyclone Dust Separator for a shop. The shop vacuum input was designed to fit the DeWalt Vacuum hose (about 1 3/4 inch) in the photo. The input is 60mm the small as the dust outlet.

The print setting where Walls, Top and Bottom 1.5 mm. The print used a measured 650 grams for both pieces. The Separation worked when tested filling up a 5 Gallon steel can with saw dust mostly fine saw dust. Used painter tape to seal up the plywood to can.

Note in the photo the base is contract cemented to the plywood
