Scale the sign as you need it, print it and paint it ( I use silver and red acrylic paint). It's a very easy print. No supports or other stuff needed.
Now buy a black car and a black car trailer (or optional paint it black) and put your printed sign on the trailer (like i did). Start cruising through your city and feel like Bruce Wayne himself :-) Okay, you can use the sign for every other purposes. Just do it!
