The title says it all, but this is a design that allows you to use both mkloberg's excellent cooling duct design with Zuff's also excellent hot end cooling duct.
This part's context is based around Zuff's 2023-04-01 release and mkloberg's v3.1.1 Taurus release, and may work with their newer releases.
Included are the CAD files (Solidworks 2022 and STEP files) in case you're inclined to tweak this design yourself.
Prerequisites:
- 1x Taurus Cooling Duct
- 1x Zuff's Hot End Duct
- 1x Creality Sprite extruder (obvious)
- 1x 4020 radial fan (also obvious)
Supplies Needed:
- 1x M3-0.5x16 screw (as mentioned in Zuff's instructions for their design)
- 1x M4-0.7x6 screw

A basic filament such as PLA will suffice as this part is not subject to high temperatures or high loadings.
In your slicer, print with the locating dowel pointing up.
Supports are required and printing with a brim is recommended for bed adhesion.
Infill should be 30% with a minimum of 3 walls.
If your slicer supports it, print walls inside first.
Layer thickness does not matter.
Post-Printing
Assembly
Reuse the original screw that mounts Zuff's back plate to the side of the extruder.
This screw first goes into the smaller hole on the fan brace, into the hole in Zuff's back plate, and finally into the extruder.
The M4x40 screw mentioned in mkloberg's instructions should be inserted from the end opposite of the hot end cooling fan.
The long M3 screw inserts into the bottom hole on the 4020 fan, through one of the mounting ears on the Taurus cooling duct, and finally into the extruder motor.
The M4 screw threads first into the larger hole on the fan brace then into the fan itself.
When threading this screw in for the first time, tighten the screw one full turn then back it out half a turn and repeat until fully tightened.
Overtightening both the M4 and long M3 screw will crack the holes on the fan, so be cautious with the torque.
